Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Participants/ Group/ Family/ Corporate:

We would not want you to cancel the tour but if the circumstances are not favourable then the Participant/ Group/ Family/ Corporate must inform us about the cancellation in writing a mail or a telephonic call and we shall refund the tour cost after deducting the cancellation charges which are as under.

• If cancellation done 30 days prior to Departure Date, 30% of the charges will be deductible and 70% will be refunded to you.
• If cancellation done 15 days prior to the Departure Date, 50% of the charges will be deductible and 50% will be refunded to you.
• If cancellation done after that, no refund will be provided.

Changes/ Deviation Made by River Rafting Kolad:

River Rafting Kolad reserves the right to do/ make any changes in the schedule plan. Such changes are things which are out of our control such as Weather Conditions, Curfew in the area, Riot like Situation or any other similar circumstances. We will inform you before the Departure Date if there are any changes in the schedule. If there are significant changes in the schedule, we would want you to postpone the event to future dates with the same or similar event. If the future dates are not matching or favourable for you and you wish to cancel the tour, we would pay you full refund.

Customer’s/ Participants’ Responsibility:

Our main aim is to provide a Life-Time Experience to every participant. But there are certain responsibilities related to every participant. Appropriate Behaviour is must. We don’t want any Participant or our staff to be disturbed by your behaviour. If we believe your actions will harm the overall atmosphere of the event or the property of the campsite we would terminate your contract and ask you to leave immediately. We not be liable to pay you in such circumstances.

In addition to the above, we would want you to be safe throughout the tour. Any sort of behaviour which endangers the life of you or other participants, you will have to bear the responsibility of such incidents.

Consumption of Alcohol is allowed during at our campsite. You should however consume responsibly. We will bear no responsibility if you get into a brawl or suffer any injury post consumption of alcohol.

Everything in our campsite is directly related to the cost. We will hold you and the members of your group responsible if there is any damage in the property, furniture, apparatus or any other material within the accommodation. You will have to pay whatever be the cost of the damaged property.

However, if you are not satisfied with our services, please share your feedback at our helpdesk no. which will be provided to you at the time of event. We will see to it that the problem gets solved immediately. No refund requests relating to it will entertained after the end of the tour.
